What's with the constant stomping like a Child and that loud screams. Harimoto always acts like a 10-year-old kid, while Fan Zhendong is just unfazed whether he's winning or losing always keeping it calm and cool.
Harimoto goes from heaven to hell in a second when celebrating a point won by screaming and making a loser's face when he loses a point, it's funny. Lol
HT will have a hard time winning against FZD or other offensives chinese players because his style is way too defensive. His only mean of scoring is blocking and counting on opponent's unforced errors.
Harimotos strategy is purely tactical, he tries to find a strategy that works with his style, he is a very smart player using his touch, control, and mostly placement in order to win points.
He has become a much better offensive player lately. Can we recall that he triumphed over Fan Zhendong and Wang Zhuqin at the World Team Championships? That was when he developed his forehand and surprised the hell out of both Fan and Wang.
However, the Chinese players are no slugs. They adjusted and poor Harimoto is back to square one.
HARIMOTO should have taken the second game but failed. Fan just played an amazing games.
The screamer actually did well after the 1st game. Was he leading in the remaining games 2, 3, and 4? But he was hit by an avalanche in every game. Credit the screamer, he survived the one in game 3. I think the screamer is not over-screaming in this match.

His name is TOMOKAZU HARIMOTOOOOOO. haha, not screamer, but I know it's a joke. Just a bit disrespectful, but I'm sure harimotos heard it all before.

But he over screams. Instead of lengthening his screams, he should stop and plan for the next point.
Harimoto became slower than before because of his growing body.
I don't think Harimoto's problem is as much that he's blocking too much, it's more so that 95% of his shots are down the middle. He needs to place it better and be more creative with his shots.
Fan Zhendongs biggest strength is reach wide balls and hitting very strong shots while "out of position" or chasing the ball. If harimoto goes wide even slightly too weak or too shallow, it opens up the table for Fan to smash it anywhere he wants. Fans middle is also very strong, but comparatively weak (like every single other player) it is a very safe and consistant way to try to get Fan out of position. Obviously, Fan is constantly moving so it's very difficult to actually catch his elbow, but when Harimoto caught it he was able to win the point. Fan simply outplayed Harimoto this time, unfortunately when the opponent plays perfectly and makes zero mistakes Harimoto is just not able to keep up the pace. It all comes down to who is more consistant.
I think the WTT camera man just made the first official table tennis meme of this era. Wang Hao: “I forgot to marinade the chicken at home…what will my wife say?”

Харимото - позер и позорник. Игра на публику для него важнее, чем сама игра. Не ведет партию и в целом матч как цельный процесс, дело, в которое надо включится полностью. Он как первоклассник, который постоянно отвлекаться от урока. При серьёзном настрое мог бы регулярно давать бой китайцам. Отдал 2-ю партию, в которой к концу вел по 3-4 очка. Вёл в 4--й. Вместе с выиграшной 3-й, это дало бы победу над Фаном. И это происходит постоянно в серьезных матчах. А талант громадный. Возможно, испортили его успехи слишком раннего яркого старта

I actually appreciate the commentary. I'd rather listen to clear commentary on how they view each point was scored than someone who keeps on talking about drivel.

you're opinion is just wrong. They keep repeating the same things over and over, all about "the Chinese" and how much better Fan is. If you're a Harimoto fan this would be especially annoying to hear throughout the entire game being played.
@@Jeber81 I would agree with them. Fan is still fundamentally better. They were spot on. I'm not a Harimoto ONLY fan, I'm a table tennis fan.
You need a hearing aids. Better yet, why are you watching this game anyway? Complain, Complain and complain.

Сколько можно попадать в сетку своими слишком простыми и откровенными блоками? К сожалению никакой креативности или наступательности не видем в стиле игры у HT. А ведь он может, если поменять тактику играть по другому. У него таланта не меньше, чем у FZD. Почему???

@@benthekeeshond545 It was rigged. 4-0 to WCQ was a joke. And being 3-0 and 5-1 down and winning tells me that LGY was told to lose. Ma Long will NEVER win another TT title. They threw him a crumb. He will be retiring soon. The farce was run in china.
