Wonder no more! We assemble the MistKing Ultimate and explain the included components. MistKing System and Accessories: www.pangeareptile.com/collect...
Thanks for the video! I have this version coming tomorrow I'm going to use it on my frilled dragon and 2 basilisks. Their enclosures are 6 ft x6 ft and 5 X 6 and they have burnt out 2 humidifiers so took a plunge on this.
@RealPangeaReptile I have 2 mistkings ultimate now 1 upstairs on my geckos and one downstairs. I decided to just use the one downstairs on my frilled dragon because my basilisks enclosure is not as wide at 4ft so it started to saturate the soil. Upstairs I have 4 nozzles in my leachies 53"x16"x36" terralantis 3 nozzles in my tokays 36"x18"x36" exo terra and then 2 nozzles in each exo 24"x18"x36" ( I have 3 of those one's) with a green eyed gecko, gargoyle gecko and Chahoua. My only issue is finding a tub in a size that will run totally dry before biofilm starts to form on the waters surface as I add calcium liquid to my water supply due to having bioactive enclosures.
Good video, but I would have liked to see actual steps like drilling screws on the bracket and actual demonstration. It also lacked discussion of the vibration of the pump.
That is exactly what Jon did. If you follow his steps, and go slow, you shouldn't have a problem. If you go too fast or don't use scrap wood to catch below, you could crack it. I've drilled into hundreds of these lids, and the only one I cracked I went too aggressively with the drill. -Nick
*THE ZIP DRIP IS NOT NECESSARY AND IS ONLY A PRECAUTION TO PREVENT DRIPPING WHEN THE MISTER SHUTS OFF* this is completely a waste of tubing because you’re gonna get a little drip with any mister, just set a water dish under the drip and there you go. You need a water dish anyway so just set it under the mister.
This is a good video, straight to the point, laid out right in front, all the other setup videos make it seem like it's harder than it is. Good job
This is easily the best installation video out there. Good edits with great concise explanations. Thanks for making this.
Take a shot every time he says "nice."
Lol, that aside, very helpful tutorial. Thanks.
nice video, nice
Thank you! Cheers!

How did it work out for you?

If use more than one nozzles how can we connect the zip drip?
I don't set up the Drip zip correctly. I believe it goes inline between the pump and spray head.
I think I was sent the wrong version of this kit. Did the drip return "zip drip" come with your system?
Does the zip drip cause less water pressure?
i set up my mistking a year ago and i just looked at the parts it came with and i have no idea where to put the filter 😅

Thanks for the feedback! We'll take that into consideration when producing any future assembly videos!
Are you screwing it onto the actual lid? I feel like that would crack the plastic.
