I totally agree with Lily that the effort and energy put into MLM is often better served putting into one's own career goal and legitimate own business aspirations for real income potential
@@dietitiankat I been with a mlm since 2014 or longer ive dine juice plus, Doterra and beachbody not the business side of things what bugs me is the feeling like I need to be perfect. I just focus on eating healthy yet i do have to count calories or points or i get off track
My issues with 2B mindset was I felt like I only ever ate vegetables 🤮 like I wasn't eating real food. And as far of all the water... I was running to the bathroom to pee every 20 mins 🙄
I am not really big on diets...i dont do intuitive eating counting calories seems to be the best for me.. as soon as i stop coiunting calories or measure portions i get off track. i do like the water and veggies part of 2b yet i need to know how much im eating
That's something I hear quite a bit! Is there any specific principle of Intuitive Eating that gets you off track? I know some people define intuitive differently and sometimes don't even know there is a structured framework beyond eating whatever. I love the book and framework with the 10 principles!
It wasn't really to consume last it was more to switch up the food you were eating. Example: white potatoes vs sweet potatoes... they also say the either the plans the higher up on the lists are "better" for you vs the lower ends of the lists are less nutritional healthy
