I remember watching this video a few years back, thinking about how great it would be to join the police. Watched it again today after coming off a 15 hour night shift. Have to say I love the job!
HR, political correctness and lack of actual duties (mainly guarding/babysitting of prisoners) once you've signed up makes a career in the force seem such a bad thing now. We need to get back down to basics, cops out on the streets chasing thugs, robbers and burglars. Seriously, thank goodness this comment isn't on the Humberside forces page, otherwise I'll get a call from the though police ;)
It is rude and disrespectful to speak with a member of the public, when wearing sunglasses, and against police policy, and should be removed, sincerity shows via the eyes, its a wonder if he can see a red line on the drugs test, when continuing to wear those sunglasses. If you call them 'buddy' they dont like it, but we are expected to accept them calling us 'buddy'
