i dont get why you feel the need to be intentionally awkward and hard to deal with, when all the officers are doing is their job, they havent gone to the location for no reason they have been called there, treat them like a normal person because if you are awkward to them they will be awkward to you. simple

The pictures of you that they took was also on private property that they own the rights for so any photography that doesn't breach your right to privacy isn't any legal issue, and it cannot be since you were outside in public 🤷🏻‍♀️

Some of the comments on here :-) I would suggest that 90% of the people commenting on this forum wouldn't have the courage to do what these 2 officers are doing on a daily basis. It really does show a low level of intelligence when you attack how someone looks i.e. "Her false eyelashes". Lets be honest for a lot of you the most dangerous thing you possible do on a daily basis is get out of bed and think. I presume those officers can go home and at least say to their partners and, or families that they've tried their hardest to make a difference to those in need. Honest question, apart from sitting behind the safety of your keyboard. What difference have you made today to peoples lifes? what courage have you shown. My guess is very little to what these new officers are doing on a daily basis.

there is a lot of stigma against police officers in general especially in western countries, most of the people who watch these "auditing" channels are anarchists who have that "all cops are bad" mentality and wanna see them defunded or they think they are all corrupt. I have seen so much criticism in this comment section that it is actually embarrassing, people seem to neglect the fact that you need to have actual qualifications to get into the force and i absolutely doubt that most people commenting hate against these 2 have more than basic GCSEs and maybe a shitty college degree, since the type of people who go out of their way to find these videos arent usually the smart type. They're like a hivemind tunnel visioned on hating the police for the sake of it, and viewing all these other comments form braindead people alike reinforces their agenda that cops in this country are doing nothing useful
now im not saying that having lots of qualifications automatically makes you good at the job, but the "children in uniform" and "zero qualifications" claims ive seen commented are nothing but thoughtless bias against the police done with no research in mind

The owner or 'their authorised agent' is the usual legal term - I'm a council tenant, not a land/property owner, but if I tell you to get out of my flat and you don't, you're trespassing.
Same in a supermarket, for instance - the guy that collects the trolleys wouldn't be able to tell me shit, but managers and supervisors could bar me for whatever reason.
I'd imagine a similar structure exists within the 'church' of scientology, but as they're notoriously tight lipped about what happens behind closed doors in the cult, it's hard to say.

@@Audit-The-Auditors Yes , this is true, but these laws are continuously changed by legal challenges , Case Law. Trespass in itself is a minefield. So is , What is ' Reasonable Force, " not necessarily laying hands on. Which in itself is " Common Assault.' Trespass in it'self is not a criminal offence, But can be included with other criminal offences, e.g. The theft Act 1968. Aggravated Burglary . The best line of use for the auditors, is to use The definition of a ' Public Place ' as defined by Sec. 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972. As a case for argument at the time. But maybe retreat as the better part of defence if necessary or be prepared to defend the challenge in court. It is likely though , armed with this knowledge, you could go a long way..

If the auditors had been subject to a ' Common Assault ' on that bit of land, Not in the building past the door entrance, a physical barrier indicating privacy, then those two excuses for Constables, should have reported the offender or offenders for intended prosecution, it's not their job ,to be judge and jury, they should present the case to a court and let that court decide.its not clear where the assault took place either, just basing this on the video.
