Pretty good. I will say though. Uvogin has speed scaling with the rest of the troupe. He's relative to all of shadow beasts he fights and the members in the area not only think they can fight the shadow beasts Uvo fought but they go on to kill the other members. This is pretty consistent with Nobunaga scaling to teamwork Uvogin who's noted as being Uvogin at his strongest and Franklin being able to have a brief fight with Nobunaga. The only contradiction or apperant contradiction to this might be Chrollos statement about Uvogin being just about impossible to beat physically. Which would at least seem to require similar speed among fighters.
I think the conditions for Steal Chain are Kurapika has to either be told about someone’s Nen ability or see it. Using Emperor Time lets him bypass these conditions and steal it regardless.
Actually , he's a really self aware about that he played stupid when leorio picks on him he said what's that supposed too mean ya OK that's why you dressed as a women in the yorknew arc you think he doesn't know what he looks like even chrollo had too say something about it I'm pretty sure togashi wanted him Female but Shonen jump said make him a guy so togashi was like ok watch this same thing with kurama from yyh but he has a really deep voice in the anime and trust me togashi knows and maybe hand picks the dub and sub voice actors if not he's probably heard about it by now
