I have a 98 Ford explorer XLT four-wheel drive it has trouble shifting gears sometimes I have to let off the gas to get it to first and second is fine third and fourth has trouble. Transmission fluid is full and it's not burnt or black any ideals?

damn my transmission on my honda accord has been acting up ., I can barely shift into park without to have using the shifter release button. it is kinda weird because for the most part shifts fine besides into park and occasionally gets stuck in between gears but probably expected to have issues at 248k miles...
