Is there a plan to put rod holders on this boat? If not, would there be a way to do it? I would like to make a catfishing boat for areas too hard to access with a boat out of one of these.
Love it!! Such a simple design. Hey what do you think about backing the seat mounts with some aluminum flat bar rivited into the hull then rivited through the seat mount? I'm just curious how the wood screws hold up screwed just into the thin plastic especially if you're leaning back in those seats.
We are going to find out, haha. We had another plastic boat in here that was held together with wood screws and they held up great, so we decided to give it a shot. Backing it would be difficult with the foam and doin it in a manner where it would still look good in the end would be tricky
I worry about h2o getting through those unsealed rivit holes, into the hull cavity and potentially saturating the interior styrofoam. If I do this I will use 3m vhb tape. It will bond to the plates and the roto molded hull ribs. Goodbye measuring, drilling and rivits. Give this a quick try for us. There are various vhb formulations, be sure to select the correct one for poly hull material. If you have not used this stuff, prepare to be amazed. Prep is, as always, critical.
Brilliant Job looking forward to seeing the higher deck if possible from the front bench to the top but this looks good👏🎣
Do you have to nail down the flooring would it still be stable just laying down
Looks great! You're still planning on making a front and back deck kit also, right?
This looks good... Need the higher deck/bass boat option with a battery in the front for electronics/bow trolling!!
With no wood under the seats them screws on your base plate are in plastic. They will come loose before long and your seats will be useless.
I really liked their work but the seats will be the first thing to fail. I could see it when he first sat down. Hard flexing.
Get clamp ons, screw 5 inch brackets on each side . Works great and you can take the seats off for winter storage.
Fantastic work. Its a shame about the lack of drainage between the cavitiy. I guess you just have to tip it
how do i order a kit ?? and cost plz
We are going to put a pre-sale listing on tbnation.net this evening.
Have not seen it added yet, am I missing it?

Where did you get the chairs
Does your trolling motor bow mount bracket work on this boat?

Yeah, looking at it again it seems like there is wood or thicker plastic where you cut that hole for the seat.
Just a thin plastic sheet under the bench. Screws will pull out before too long.
Very nice upgrades
Thank you sir
FINALLY 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
More to come soon, we will be taking it out on the water shortly once the weather gets good
When you put the hydro turf on the plastic did u put anything underneath
If you guys could make a smaller version of the millennium Spyder rod transport rack for that boat it would be bad ass
Do you have a link? We will see what we can do
When will this kit be available

invest in some drill bit stop collars. save yourself some grief. On the bilge pump base, did you screw thru the outer hull to mount it?
Where’s the kits? Outa stock? Jeez.
Lol what a waste of money. Those compartments don't even drain out.
Omg why would you do that use alum and drill hulls in your boat stop over thinking it ffs wood
waited months for you to waive the white flag on the front deck.
