I really love Zukertort, dear Historical Chess Videos, he's my favourite player of the second half of the XIXth century, like La Bourdonnais of the first one.
BUT...: I love even more the continuation of your so nice presentation and comments of the Anderssen (the old wolf, LOL!) - Steinitz match, deliciously balanced! What a thriller!!
    A lot of grateful thanks!

Hi Oscar, if you are interested I will try to bring more Zukertort games in the very neer future and than I will do the match between Zukertort and Steinitz from 1872 if I'm not mistaken about the date and than they also faced for the official WCC match in 1884. This is my plan. Thanks for watching. And you are very welcome.

Yes oscar sir you do comment on Anderssen matches first things first I watched one match of zukertort which Anderssen won but I think Anderssen won easily like it or not Steinitz didn't play well and mho alone you don't have to agree but I'm not exactly a fan of Steinitz but one thing I've noticed he's different from players of that era and last I read your comments and take them seriously bcoz you have great understanding of the nuances of the game plus the historical aspects which I enjoy thks hcv and Oscar sir

I am loving this contest! The Morphy matches were so lopsided that I watched them to admire the mastery of Paul Morphy, but this series is more fun.

Morphy was not Steinitz, I think Morphy was a genius level player. So against Morphy Anderssen had no chance, it was one sided. But now this match is more equal contest I agree. And much more fun to watch. Thanks for watching.
