btw- the 525L takes 20 feet of .095 trimmer line. If u try to spool on more than that theres a good chance u will end up with a bird’s nest

Thank you bud , mine runs great, what screwed me up was that the line outtakes were on the same side of the spool ! Guess that's the engineering genius ... Either way , thank you sir ! 😀

t35 head - grab a second spool at lowes and have it pre strung for fast replacements - think they are 11 bucks. Saves ya 5-10 minutes when you are hot and on the job.

10? Keep practicing, after 13yrs I string mine under a minute easy. I just carry a couple cut sections on me.
The T35 head is a beast, you can buy each piece without buying entire head too.
Real easy to load, bit tricky to learn is all. Practice the entire process an hour, that makes a huge difference in your time. Stiffer line is easier to load cause it don't curl up so bad.
I used Arnold Extreme for yrs, loved it. But last roll I got was brittle, just broke too easy. Soaked it helped but something changed? Still looking for better line.
Gets easier & easier to load trust me.

You don't have enough line on the spool. It will always fly out when you get to the end of the line in the spool.

Hey your halfway right, once its wound on the reel, just set real back in the bottom ring then push lines down in U's.
Now set both reel/lower half back in your top half still screwed on trimmer.
Easier if trimmers on ground/table. (not upside down, just set in normal position)
I practiced this while spools still empty. Folks will see how easy it is leaving string out for this...
1)Set trimmer straight down, so heads bottom (blue button) faces the ground. Just set trimmer on ground.
Thats how husky designed this head to load so trimmer dont get turned upside down causing harder re-starts.
    2) Unsnap bottom half of head like normal to load head & remove empty reel from bottom ring. Trimmer on ground still.
Now while reel is empty, reverse, just set empty real back down in botton ring. Imagine pushing both lines down in the silver U's..
    3) Now keep bottom of head facing down, snap bottom half back in top part on the trimmer. Trimmer still on ground facing down.
    Get it now?
If reels in bottom ring, it goes together much easier. Trimmer starts easier cause its stayed level on ground. Practice makes perfect brother.
    Peace

you did it wrong you just set the spool into the part that comes off pull the line through then snap it on the trimmer
