😅 The biggest fumble for me background detail-wise is the little boy playing game Boy with Super Mario Bros sound effects talking about he can't get past Bowser. There was no game Boy game with Bowser as a boss. Not until the late '90s with game Boy color. *Adjusts nerd glasses*
the fact that an afro american was given a billion dollar franchise and casted a majority of minorities and featured hip hop throughout the movie is a really huge deal. i almost cried at times because of how hiphop and urban influenced the movie was. the young kid was a revelation. he has huge future. action was fire. couple corny parts here and there but thats par for the course. the only reason i put it under T1 and Bumblebee is because T1 changed the game and Bumblebee had that AMAZING scene on Cybertron that took me back to my childhood. seeing the atuobots rendered in their og form but 3 dimensionally was just incredible. anyway respect to all.

Transformers Dark of the Moon was my favorite. The stakes were mad high and the fight scenes were good. They sold at the end tho with how megatron died. Optimus killed dude in under 20 seconds… how megaton spose to be the best villain and go out sad like that

We cheered & clapped LOUDLY FOUR times during the film cuz it was that EXCITING (and for me, NOSTALGIC)!!! I ❤ the first Transformers film (2007) but started to loathe the ones that followed. 😞😓 I'm SO HAPPY I can fall back in LOVE with this franchise again due to this reboot!!!❤💃🏾 4.5 🎷🎷🎷🎷 out of 5!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This was a solid movie! It’s wild that they were on the Williamsburg Bridge and I could look out the window of my movie theatre and see it. As a Brooklyn kid, my heart was doing somersaults man 🥹🥹🥹 soft stuff aside 😂 I’d def go see it again!
Transformers ‘07 is still the best by a mile to me. Then I’d say: DOTM ‘11 ROTF ‘09 ROTB ‘23 BUMBLEBEE ‘18 AOE ‘14 TLK ‘17 While I dislike most of Bay’s Transformers films as films, I like the VFX, SFX, designs and action better in his first three than his last two, and the rebooted movies just aren’t in the same ballpark.
I gotta say I agree with this. The Bay movies, disregarding their quality, had this energy and excitement to them that I kinda felt Bumblebee and this one kinda lacked. Some guy in my cinema full on fell asleep in the middle of the movie, snoring, and I almost did too. I still liked Rise and Bumblebee, but to me this is just one aspect I feel these movies lack a little bit
This was a 2/5 for me. They barely had the Beasts in the action. Rhinox & Cheetor didnt get any shine. It was only Optimus Primal & Air Razor and they didn't do much
This was good, totally agree with the review. Need more beast action though as you said. I do like the fact that they didnt try add a love or sex appeal aspect to the movie. They just let the movie flow.
