✔️ Ingredients and Recipe
✨ First - Cook fishes and Chicken
▪️Water - 6L
▪️ Chicken Legs - 3x
▪️ Fish - 1.5kg
▪️ Kaffir Lime Leave - 3x
▪️ Lemongrass - 3x
▪️ Galanga- 3x
▪️ Salt - 2 Tbsp
✔️Khmer Kroeung
▪️ Galanga - 3x thick slices
▪️ Kaffir Lime Leaves - 7x
▪️ Garlic - 2 bulbs
▪️ Ka-chai Root - 7x
▪️ Turmeric - 2 big roots
▪️ Sliced Lemongrass - 1 Cup
▪️ Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
✔️ Ingredients to add last in broth
▪️ Fish Sauce - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Coconut Milk - 2 Can ( 800ml )
