Walking helps with depression, although you sill need to process the traumas that make you feel bad. Also internet and porn have been linked heavily to depression, anxiety, ocd etc. Of course just stopping using internet will suck but limiting the use really helps, also there needs to be some activities to fill the extra time left from internet. Cooking, stretching, yoga, reading a book, and learning new skills are a good way of replacing the time. It will be hard but it will help to deal with bad emotions. God bless you, you are good at singing.

You have to put yourself in a neutral position in your mind and just observe and watch your thoughts with out judgment or labeling them, dont label it as a negative or positive emotion, Just allow yourself to feel the emotion 100%, if you have to cry, cry!! After a few minutes of watching that emotions or thought you will notice that it will slowly fade away And then after letting go of your thoughts/emotions Practice gratitude Say thank you for everything!!!!!
