I don’t know if any one else has had the same experience, but there is a visible kind of larger than normal aura around Paramahansa Hariharananda while giving this talk. It is about one to two feet around his body and the golden, blue and some tone of pale purple color are visible. It resembles a rainbow but the colors are different and the shape is also different since it is circumscribed only to Master’s body. Thank you for sharing. Om Tat Sat!!🙏

In my humble opinion, the issue in our modern day world is to find the right driver for your life!
As we know every religion has started with very good intentions, to serve humanity!
But with time , people for their self interest has corrupted those noble thoughts, and there is huge deviation what we can see in today's religion, where the core strength of faith , service has vanished!
Hope we don't mind to accept the reality of today , they have actually become factories of religion , to get more converts for their specific faith , gain wealth & power to spread their version of religion!
Though kriya yoga is simple, as Mentioned in " The Autobiography of a Yogi" , today there is enough chance that most of the people who are learning it , may not be using it for the right purposes!
We all know from our mythologies what can happen , when a demonic soul gets those powers !

What technique is it?? Can anyone guide?? 5 minutes technique
Yes just focus on your breath i.e how your breath goes into you from nostrils and out from your nostrils and after that feel the breath in the crown of your head i.e shastrdhar chakra while keeping your full body relaxed.
Once you mastered it while in sitting or in lying position after that from morning to night you can do it in every work you do.
