The reason both tuataras have the same top speed is cus the tuatara striker is just a track focused version of the normal tuatara, so there was no reason to give it an higher top speed

U wish driving empire added koeneisegg and Bugatti and they need to bring back the senna on sale but Licensed
Though I do see either of those brands a good idea of being licensed, I feel like it's going to happen ONLY after there are bunch of underrated brands made their licensed debut.
