what is cardio ? our heart is made with a special kind of muscles known as cardiac muscles only found in heart(the pumping station of our body) these special muscles don't work according to our will like our biceps, triceps etc and never get fatigued no lactic acid is formed .study of heart is also called cardiology ...cardio its not for fatloss but its necessary for cardio respiratory endurance its a very important component of fitness but again it's not for fatloss it's to keep our cardio respiratory systen healthy thats it ... .....for overall fitness we must have do it at least twice a week .

sir i do runnin training i do 5km 2 days of week n 2km 2days and 2days 400m sprints and i goes to gym too can this effect in my muscle gains as i want to get in army so im preparing for that i need to complet 1600m in 5.40 min will it help gettin decent body mix of stimina n strength

Cardio is bad for aesthetic gains totally wrong if you want to get ripped you need cardio increase stamina you need cardio need flexibility and speed need cardio become fit you need cardio, doing cardio does not eat your gain it will just remove extra fat which you think are muscles cardio in moderate is very good don't believe look at the big guys in gym who have tons of muscles but while running ,walking or even talking they breathe tons of air because of extra mass and lack of stamina.

they flush the steriods out of their bodies and some of them get caught also
But they all can't do like that muscle mania pros are all natural
