Worst customer support.... Any technical issue, forget getting solution, leave solution , they won't even reply on time. And when they reply, they send generic solutions.... Since a year I'm fighting with them for savings account issue .... Still no solution. Mail now, get reply after a month.... Aisa karthe karthe may 25th ko ek saal bhi hogaya.... Please congratulations reply karna.....

Now, file a complaint against them to the Reserve Bank of India. You can also visit District Consumer Forum to file a case against them.

I don't know why these credit card companies provide option of 'Student' in there employment type, if they are not interested to provide a credit card to a student! Each & every time with all the credit card companies when i select student they send the same message "Your credit card application does not match the banks eligible criteria". Even though I am over 22+
