I think he can extremely strong if only he had something that would put off his opponent for example when he fights doflamingo he switched him with another object and attacked but doffy saw it coming so he was able 2 block it therefore if he had sething to distract his opponent he would be crazy GOOD!!!
It seems like he has one of the strongest powers and because of that he has that big drawback that when he uses his devil fruit power he loses a lot of energy to stop him from being too strong in One Piece.

There is _never_ a space before an exclamation mark, when at the end of a sentence.
Using one sentence you used, that had no other errors in it, "I don't want anything to do with him !" is incorrect. It should say "I don't want anything to do with him!" Symbols that end sentences like *!* *?* and *.* don't have a space before them.
Also, 'Amv' is not a word, it's an acronym, so it's always written in capital letters. Like this 'AMV'. It should actually have fullstops between each letter, and after the last letter, like this "A.M.V." but no one really bothers with fullstops nowadays.
Just something to remember for next time.
