Hi! I stayed at Shin Shin Hotel Cheonjiyeon in Seogwipo. I chose this place because it's walkable but there are many other good hotels and stays in Jeju :) hope I am not too late!
Hey thank you so much :) I use my iphone 13 mini camera, then color grade when needed! But if you want to invest into a camera, I would go with the small sony vlog camera types with a flip-back screen~ good day!
Hi! Thank you so much ☺️ July is generally monsoon, August and September are better if you want to swim, because it’s sunny but hot and humid. If you plan on hiking on addition, I would recommend end of summer or fall when the water is still warm to swim in :)
@@adaysophie Thanks for responding! 😍 this is noted. How about on september? I am planning to visit the island that month. I want to swim and enjoy cafe hopping as well but I don't want that hot. Please help haha much appreciate your recommendation. 🙏 Thank you!
@@aiahpilapil22 Haha I see! September would be great yes but if you don't mind swimming in fresher weather, I would not miss the hydrangea season in Jeju! It's iconic, you can read my blog article about Jeju here: adaysophie.com/activities-in-jeju/
hi! saw that many footages were taken using a drone which were beautiful! I'm planning to visit Jeju soon and would like to bring my drone there too! but I read that one would have to apply for multiple permits/licenses so could you share the process behind it? thank you! 🙂
Hello! If you fly a large commercial drone, you need a license. But for small drones like ours, you can use it without permit in Jeju if you are far from the airport, not in crowdy places, good wind conditions and keep it in reasonable distance from you. Also some areas have a no drone sign (almost all touristy areas), you have to look for those signs near the entrance or gates. Have fun in Jeju and thank you for your comment ☺️🙌
Forgot to mention that you aren’t allowed to fly over and film private areas without permission! Jeju is huge so you will be able to find lots of good places without worrying too much!
Hi! 😁 I visited Jeju the 3rd week of August. It was very hot and humid which is why we planned many swimming activities. Walking the trails was honestly unbearable at times when there were no shadows. But overall such a great time to come visit Jeju! If I should recommend another time to visit Jeju, it would be June or November! You can read more about Jeju and what to do here: adaysophie.com/activities-in-jeju/
Do you take the airplane from gimpo to Jeju? Do you know if jeju air has baggage limit? Any recommendation for rental car caompanies? Does the navigation come in english?
Hi! Yes, it was from Gimpo airport but there are other ways to arrive at Jeju airport. Gimpo is the easiest route if you come from Seoul! You can read more about what to do in Jeju on my blog www.adaysophie.com For baggage limits, I recommend you to check on their website and your flight order confirmation. I used Jeju One Car rental car services during my trip, it was super nice! You can also set up the navigation in English. I recommend setting it up with the agent before driving so you can be at peace all your trip! Enjoy~~
Hello! 👋 Yes the cars have insurance for up to one collision per vehicule, and also covers driver’s and passenger’s injuries to some extent. You can find their insurance policy on their website!
hii I stayed at Seogwipo city. Lots of places to see, always a lot of restaurants open. Next time I would love to stay near a famous beach to enjoy more swimming!
