You have to plug this device into USB to get charged. If it is a fully charged device , the device does not get turned off automatically.

How to find login password
In the manuals or you can find in the Login page. If you can't find the password in admin page please connect via wps push button.
Initial first time use you must want connect with your device in pc via usb
So you can access login page that time.
