You are spot on about eating a date(s) earlier in the day and it killing that sugar craving later in the day! I typically eat a date or two in the morning with raw almonds and that's my yummy sugar fix. If I do end up craving sugar later (the rare times that happens) I'll eat 72% or high organic dark chocolate which never leaves me sluggish and instead levee me feeling great, of course a small square portion. So glad to see you use processed food. More realistic to working people and real everyday life. Sometimes when I see vegan food channels so many of them knock the use of processed vegan food and only talk about fruits and veggies. It makes it harder to start Veganism so this is more realistic and doesn’t make you feel bad about using them. Thanks!

I have a somewhat random question for you regarding a previous video you did on Chloraphyll; I drink about 2 tbsp Chloraphyll with 16 oz of coconut water for added hydration 3 to 4 times a week. Is this too much or could I do more? Also is it okay to be mixing it with coconut water? Thank you!

Hi Dr Mona, I struggle with Diabetes type 1. It is harder to control my diet since my family is picky about food, more with healthy options. I can control what my 2 little kids eat at home but teenagers/young adults and husband are a different story. Love your videos, if I were single or just having 1 kid would work but honestly I don't know how to tackle nutrition with my family's different tastes on food. Please try to make a video including options more appealing for kids-teenagers
what if your allergic to nuts and seseme seeds and ogther seeds can you do a video on substitutes for people who are allergic to nuts and seeds as I can't have almond butters or nut butters.

I try so hard to watch your videos because my passion is clean eating but you take way too long to get to the point. Most people watching have a basic understanding of clean eating and you speak to your audience like we are 15 and learning a new trick. Stop rambling and just get to the point. Your content should be 5 minutes if you would cut out the non-sense
I watch her videos because she simplifies and covers every detail about why and where she gets her food. I would prefer to watch someone to digs deeper into explaining why all those quick meals are beneficial for your health rather than a food tutorial, with nothing but a list of ingredients someone may not know a thing about.
