Cunnigham destroyed them, nobody could guard him. JB making bad decisions again, instead of tying the game shoots a contested 3 and misses. Then Towns with the blatant offensive foul. Really it was Mikal who kept them in the game to even come close to winning. They double-teamed Cunningham and left Beasley open to seal it. Pistons are a really good team.
Deuce was doing a great job defending Cunningham until he got subbed out by Thibs in the 4th quarter. Not subbing Deuce back during crunch time is coaching malpractice

He's 6 ft 6 and everybody was bouncing off him , terrible loss. That's why I said the Knicks aren't a contender yet even with that record. JB doesn’t know how to hedge and recover to his man. They attacked him on those final 2 plays and he made the same mistake twice. Should’ve just been a switch instead of doubling Cade and leaving a shooter wide open or just hedge and recover the right way

To me , it came down to that play and the Towns offensive foul which it was clear it was. Twice they did the same thing with Cunningham and left Beasley open. We got fleeced in the OG trade and then gave the clown 200 mil max contract?
