From my vast experience on Ana I can tell you, the only way to get a POTG on Ana is to kill a Genji who was somehow stupid enough to ult on half health in plain sight away from their own supports and do bugger all apart from that. At least, that's genuinely the only Ana POTG I've ever gotten and I don't recall ever seeing another.
I used to watch ml7 for his gameplay but ever since he changed his content to adhere to little kids with ADHD, aka the redshell type of edits with unwatchable memes and sounds every 5 seconds, I've moved on. Solid support player tho!
