Since the amount u invest and return it gives is nearly 10 to 16 percent loss After 20 years. Instead if u put it on mutual funds in 15 years u will have good returns may be 50 lakhs in hand.

Instead of paying emi if u start RD, and save it for one r two year then u will get some interest also u will use that product for atleast 7 years. But keep on invest in any form, in equity, mutual fund, gold bees, r power sector. Expenses must be less investment must be more, in another 15 years u will be millionaire, with more cash in ur hand.
