Whatever one's opinion, the actor, Paul Sloss, is Gorgeous! And, considering that his character of "Dean" has been emotionally-scarred by all of the psychological-warfare that "George Kiss" volleyed against him, resulting in his being isolated, outcast, and homeless, means that the show's hair-department is applauding your "observation"; as it confirms that they've done their job. However, whatever his hair design, I cannot think that any would judge the rest of him.
