@@MarkSeydel Of course I do. I don't mind if it was something like who was the Gloved Hand killer storyline or who shot Mercedes, just not after the storyline that was made to raise awareness. It was a lazy ending.
First eastenders turns grey in to this Hollywood style psycho serial killer, and now hollyoaks are using George for a who dun it storyline. honestly I feel soaps just make a joke out of domestic abuse now.
@@pringlecashx they should do another domestic abuse storyline but from a women abusing a man. Some of these shows act like it is impossible for men to be abused by women. However, i like that this storyline also showed how people in authority can be untouchable
I get why they would think John Paul killed him since he probably had the most reason to but it's honestly a spit in his face after all the abuse he's gone through
What about the time that Tony got arrested for assault based on an accusation made by Edward that he hit Diane and put her into a coma after everything he had been through?
@@ekuz986 yeah that pissed me off too. It's situations like this in general when someone who is an actual victim is blamed for something and no matter what they say noone believes them
That's soap police for you! Fun Fact: the actress who plays DS Cohen is married to the actor who plays James. I think they've only shared a couple of scenes before, so it'll be interesting to see whether they share any more; especially during this storyline.
The other bookend is bound to be in the river/pond, that’s where all murder weapons seem to end up. If they drag it now they’ll also find Summer’s gun.
Probably rude of me to say this but Hollyoaks PD is probably representative of many PDs in real life where suspects are bullied into confessing just to close a case.
ste may be former a druggie and racist. He is also a scally but he is not capable of killing anyone. Can't you see how calm and ignores george's insult to him? I have a feeling it is cher or sally who did it
While I'm glad John Paul's ordeal is over, I was hoping fort a more satisfactory end to George. This way seemed rather ordinary - just a knock on the head. I was hoping for something more dramatic, after all he had done to John Paul. Several ideas I had were 1) George is tried and convicted and sent to prison. 2) Dean drugs him and seals them both in an underground bunker, there to suffocate or starve together. 3) George escapes from prison, kills Dean and kidnaps JP and tries to burn him to death. 4) He escapes from prison, kidnaps Matthew and threatens to kill him if JP doesn't go with him. 5) He does kill Matthew and JP kills him in grief and rage.
Yes, I thought they would go to JP and George moving in to a house where JP is locked in by George and not allowed to visit or contact anyone and finally JP kills George by accident because of real self-defense.
Dang right I’m gonna repost this: This storyline was...bad. I know I was vocal about wanting it over, but seriously? What does anyone learn from this? Dude was a cop; he could’ve been put through sensitivity training, anger-management, & all types of therapy. We could’ve had like six months worth of content of a redemption arc for him working to better himself, and maybe even earning JP back one day. *Even considering how the COVID pandemic hindered everything, this was so rushed it’s not even funny. Who even was P.C. Kiss? More importantly: WHY WAS HE SO TOXIC?! Where’s the meat in the sandwich of this storyline? Also, let’s be real, Callum is freaking gorgeous. Wasted opportunity for a good actor with good looks. Final thoughts on Hollyoaks’ writing here: Tasteless, baseless, & empty.
They turned the domestic abuse storyline to another mystery soap drama. 🙄
What, in God's name, do you think a soap opera is?

Can hardly wait for George's twin to show up next!
And after *all the manipulation* , the sadness that JP has suffered and everything else, they just decide to kill George? Just like that??? :/

Yes sirrrrr
Ste, James and John Paul are here on the show after George died and it was Dean, who killed him
If the killer is Dean it's such cop out.
It's Cher Mcqueen
Has anyone kept a body count for this village, which 100s is it in?
This police woman always gets it wrong😞
Don’t blame her, it’s just how she’s written.
Woman doesn't always right you know...lmao
That’s been Dee Valley Police for decades😂

it was Breda!
I think its cher, she's soooo suspicious
Wait! Was it Sylver? That’d be so realistic and awesome😂

Oh, no, poor JP! 💔💔💔. He doesn't deserve this. 😢
This is such an interesting storyline
Why didn the show her the brusing on the ribs as they would not have healed up by the next day ?
DVPD couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag! And Cher started the trolls, it’s no ones fault but her own. She posted about JP for sympathy.
i feel so so so bad for jp... after all the abuse, he gets arrested without justice
unless it turns out he killed him.
Why they killed George. ? And who killed him? He just gone without realizing his bad deeds and correct his mistake.
So, the McQueens by virtue of owning the Dog in the Pond, also own/run the carpark? I always assumed it was a municipal carpark, but had that name.
I hope this isn't dragged out forever like Amy's murder, but STE looks the most guilty. It could have been some random though.

it would have to be a hollyoaks later for those. 630 is kids can see time
Geez those were dark
@@blackgaymer4507 I admit those last two would probably be more likely to be on Hollyoaks Later than here.
Moera needs to return
WHO KILLED GEORGE
I think his ex boyfriend Dean, maybe.
Dean or Sally
I'm Groot!
I think it was Cher that killed him x
Breeda back from the dead doing bad boyfriends now?
that doesn't make sense, when George said what do you want the other person was facing the other direction. It's probably Cher
Why didn't I see that after pretending to be killed he would actually be killed... it is such a soapy move!
I think it is Georges partner he works with
It seems like George wanted to leave the show !. He was put to sleep..😁
this was a good storyline at the start now its the same old stupid crap at the end
Such a bummer
Must be Dean!!!!! Or Cher. Haha.
Or wait!✋ Maybe it's his twin's body 🤔😳
I feel like Cher is up to something
she could be the worst policewoman in history. ugh.
he didn't die at night tho he died in day...... well day light by the who dun it clips it was light out...
John Paul, always getting accused when he’s the victim.
all abuser end the same way i swear on this show..... lawrence went the same way? at least east enders did it more realistic
JP is acting ridiculous right now. Maybe they should find him guilty, lock him up for abour 6 months so we can be rid of.

stupid DS Cohen, stupid writers and lousy storyline
Totally preposterous. And John Paul is as pitiful a character as I have ever seen. Apparently George's punches did not knock any sense into him.
Oeeeww, bad taste pal
