It feels weird that this strange little band I fell in love with at UK Tech Fest 2018 is making waves worldwide. Love to see it! Enjoy the Berlin show, I'm sadly missing the coming tour but I'll defo catch them again. Also wanna mention I felt a lot of empathy with what you said at the start. I had a terrible 2022. Seeing new Sleep Token pop up this morning felt like a sign 2023 will be better. It's certainly started well!
Totally feel you, my cousin shared some songs about then with me, and I liked it. Short time later she asked if I want to see them in Cardiff and ever since i have been in love with them. Its another pleasure on top watching people fall in love with them too.

I'm kinda late to this but, vessel is the one who writes and do the guitar, bass, piano and synths and II plays drums. The guitarist and bassist are live performers.

I can really relate with you going through mental strife, I've been struggling as well, and music sometimes is the only cure or comfort. Sleep Token really does it for me as well, another band that really helped me was Katatonia. Their new stuff is sounding really promisiong as well. My thoughts are with ya!
I don't know if I agree about these being visualizations having perfect 20/20 hindsight, the reason I say this is that we get to see the rise of two avatars in both chokehold and the summoning. You are watching a music video unfold over several songs. It's a story and this is Vessel simply imbuing golems of war with souls. And they are ready to wage war.
