Appreciate the honest review man, I've been looking for reviews like this on some of these seat cover brands, as most of the "reviews" I see of these brands are either their own videos or sponsored content where they sent out stuff for free.
no problem....since this video, I did have a "stitching" issue, with my driver seat....I called (or emailed) them, I forget which one, lol....and they were super cool about it and sent me out a whole new front seat cover. their customer service is def on point.....definitely 10/10
I believe it's a faux leather they call "eco leather".....and yes, the headrest fit is not perfect, but their explanation makes sense. That they can't make an exact fit for every make and model. And yeah, the back sets definitely needs more work, I couldn't deal with those, and sent them back....lol
@thatduderonn7173 if the seats are cloth or old messed up leather this is a good option for front seats. But they Def need to get rid of the kinks for the rear seat.. and to add options to the consumer to be able to better mold their headrests to a wider selection. Have a stretchy model so they could even be a lil tight but stretch.
Here it is 1 year later and we had the same experience. They sent 2 driver side back seat covers and when they did finally send a passenger side one it was missing the attachment circles. Does not work at all for split back seats. 30 day return policy and this was an anniversary gift so didn’t open them for 45 days and they won’t accept a return. $400 down the drain. Absolutely will not fit truck back seats. Head rests are a joke.
awe man that's rough....I'm sorry you had that experience.....the kinda funny thing is, I haven't even opened the new driver side cover they sent, months ago....hopefully it's the right one....lon
I did return the rear covers, they didn't really have a good solution or answer for my liking, so It was best to just send them back and keep the fronts....but I am going to call them back and ask if maybe there's a different size for the headrest, because these are a tad big
I didn't say they sucked....lol....I actually like the front set. I just didn't like the rear set and I think the headrest could fit a lil better....lol
I kept the front ones, but I already thought those fit fine. The headrest are still the same, but I'm so use to it now, I don't even think about them anymore.
I've been thinking about doing an update.....maybe soon. But I can tell you, I'm still pretty happy with them. I did have an issue with the stitching on my drivers seat, but I contacted them, and they sent me out a new one with no hassle....So their customer service definitely gets an A+ from me

@@winstonrocco1981 ok gotcha....yeah they're definitely not "fitted". You're gonna pay a lot more for "fitted" ones. They are more of a universal style cover.

The back seats are concerning...byt fronts look great. Im looking to just do my front two seats..
yeah, I sent the back ones, back and kept the front ones.....they've got some work to do on those back ones....lol

Man, I agree, these suck. I'm returning them for sure. I didn't read the fine print, thinking these were custom. They are not even close.

I kept the front ones, but I already thought those fit fine. The headrest are still the same, but I'm so use to it now, I don't even think about them anymore.
Use some form and spray glue and you can make a nice fit on the headrest
they actually sent me some new smaller ones that fit a lot better.....their customer service is excellent

Save your money. These covers are the same as a $50 set of made in China cheap seat covers. The reviews are BS.
