What about the rear crash bars?

The back seats are concerning...byt fronts look great. Im looking to just do my front two seats..

Appreciate the honest review man, I've been looking for reviews like this on some of these seat cover brands, as most of the "reviews" I see of these brands are either their own videos or sponsored content where they sent out stuff for free.

Is the material leather?

Here it is 1 year later and we had the same experience. They sent 2 driver side back seat covers and when they did finally send a passenger side one it was missing the attachment circles. Does not work at all for split back seats. 30 day return policy and this was an anniversary gift so didn’t open them for 45 days and they won’t accept a return. $400 down the drain. Absolutely will not fit truck back seats. Head rests are a joke.

Save your money. These covers are the same as a $50 set of made in China cheap seat covers. The reviews are BS.

Is it necessary to remove the grill?

My experience was this: The site stated, "This is a confirmed fit with your vehicle", accompanied by big green check mark.    After I installed the front seat, there were spaces large enough to easily fit my fist between the seat and the cover, leaving it just flapping open with no way to secure the space. I contacted support (providing pictures) and explained my situation: first, how disappointed I was to receive a product that was guaranteed to fit when it wasn’t even close, and second, that I'd be charged shipping and restocking fees.    The service person said he'd work on getting my shipping and possibly restocking fees back.    He explained how much work it takes them to restock and recondition.    I pointed out that, as a customer, I don't particularly care how much work it takes because I just paid $400 for something that didn’t deliver on the promises on their own website.    I asked, “Why should I have to pay $60+ due to the fault of your company?”    Later, I tried to contact them again after receiving no further updates and got the canned response about every return requires reconditioning and countless hours of work. BE AWARE that these “guaranteed fits” are actually hybrid sets that can fit any number of vehicles.    If THEY get it wrong, regardless of what their website states, YOU will be held responsible for restocking and shipping fees.

any updates? did you keep them and did they eventually worn into fit at all?

Looks great!! I’m about to do all my chrome in a dark satin grey. My f150 is ingot silver. Just way too much chrome for my taste. My first thoughts was to paint it all ingot silver. Now it’s all going dark!! I better hurry up and get it done before I change my mind again and it ends up being camo!!🤣🤣🤣

DO NOT CUT anything. Take a torch, heat up the crash bars for at least 45 seconds until you see some visual pitting. Take your 2lb rubber mallet and give it 3-5 good THWACKS. Job done in 3 minutes, no need to paint, sand or make any permanent mods. I just did this to my 2021 and it's GREAT.

Man, I agree, these suck. I'm returning them for sure. I didn't read the fine print, thinking these were custom. They are not even close.

I just resprayed my tailgate because the top by the molding was peeling. Im watching again because i forgot how to put it back together. Plus i misplaced the screws 🤠

You don’t need to take the bumper off. Took me 10min to take mine off and replace them with shackle mounts. It’s a walk in the park

I did a 2” level and stayed with the stock tire size but new wheels are -25 offset….they rub 🤦‍♂️

2004-2008 f150 don’t rub on 33’s or 35’s with level

Hey Ron, as I was searching for ways to adjust front bumpers on the F150 I stumbled across this video. Good information here. I've also heard that you can take the crash bars out and flip them upside down to give more room but I have no idea if that's true or has already been meaning comments. With you taking the bumper off you might be able to answer my question. Is the front bumper adjustable? It appears someone hit the front plastic pad on bumper hard enough to either bend my bumper or knock it out of adjustment. The drivers side where the bumper wraps around the side the gap there is quite a bit bigger than the gap on passenger side. I wonder if that can be adjusted to fix it. I've subscribed to your channel

I know you apologized, but I was really hoping to see you disassemble the grille to its individual pieces. I am seeking this knowledge. The Platinum and King Ranch use the same grille but with different finishes. I want to combine the different elements to create a all chrome Platinum grille. Anyhow, you did it so I know it can be done. Your grille looks very nice.

Cutting the crash bars is easy & doesn’t compromise the structural integrity of the truck. In terms of accident/crash results without the front crash bars; the loss of crumple zone is negligible. Think about the sheer physics & angle of the impact that would need to happen to make the bars “worthwhile.” The question might be … why are the bars there in the 1st place? It’s because the industry mandates are overkill in accounting for the 1% events. Just like TPMS, because a select group of people don’t bother to check their tire pressure on an occasional basis. CUT the bars & be done with it; this video is complete nonsense, as a mechanical engineer.
