EMDR is life changing. And this channel is a wealth of information. Thank you!
Agreed
Both examples make perfect sense, thank you.
Very Helpful! Thank you!
great tips thanks.
More of this please
I stopped blanking for signifigant periods of time out after EMDR treatment 25 years ago and returned to therapy two years ago. It was time to grind I find this somewhat hilarious.
Wow that's quite the accent there. Grind? Oh he is saying Ground. I also liked "Catch and through."
I have one question please , in the beginning, it was mentioned that you don't want to stop the process of dissociation .. then you mentioned the method how to take the person out of dissociation with the two mentioned examples.. so when to stop the client and when to let it take its time ? When to use this ? Thanks
1:21😊
What do you mean by "grind"
Help I can’t sleep eat, I’m constantly anxious
2:01 "person begin to grind which is good" is the transcript. Is this supposed to be "see the person begin to ground"? Might just be his accent
ohhhhh I was so confused. Yes, must be ground! Thanks.
