And select the "Download" option to download the file and GRtools app.
You can also follow the steps there to get it fixed. This method works for both Android and IOS Or IPhones devices.

STEP BY STEP
How to fix w17 pro smart watch from Firmware Upgrade crash.
Using the M Active Pro app to update your w17 pro smartwatch will make this beautiful smartwatch crash. Now, follow the steps and recover it...
By now, all you are seeing on this smartwatch is BLACK SCREEN. It isn't displaying anything.
Now, You have to download the two tools from shiningintl.com. Find the link above. Once done, unzip the package and you will see two files in it - the GRToolBox and The Bin File.
Please, try installing the GRToolbox-v2.03.apk into your android phone at first. If it works , good. If no, let's continue...
By now, you will see the HXZ-BOOT on the list. If not, scan by selecting the "SCAN" button up there. And then, click the dropdown menu, there is a “goodix OTX control chracteristic”, click the “W” letter, a dialog will pop up, then input the “444F4F47”.
The next step to take is to connect the smartwatch by clicking "connect” button again, we will connect to the watch .
Check on the dashboard and Locate the menu, “application” tag on the screen, and then choose the “DFU” function, drop to the bottom of the screen.
Click the “connect” button, then connect the “HXZ-BOOT”, then you can click the “get” button to load the data in your watch.
Now, click the “select” button to load your bin file in the download package that download from shiningintl.com. Tick the “restart after completion”, then we will wait for the firmware download, it takes about 10 minutes to finish.
That's all. It will work...
You can now update the w17 pro smartwatch from the M Active Pro app and it will update successfully to the latest version v4.9

Yes, watch will disconnect when phone is far. Maximum distance is 10 metres, my friend. Phone must be near your watch.

It's just showing a ash color, nothing else, but i could able to hear the music that i played in my phone through watch. What magic is this.... I already charged it more than 3 hr... Bro, I'm unable to update the smartwatch properly, the watch gets disconnected and unpaired when the file is getting transferred after update download.
Please help to update it, also the download is very slow.
Is your watch ON or Off ?
Check the description... I put th steps there. In the video, at the end, you need to boot the watch if it is switch off. When watch is on, open your m active pro app and update it.
The grtoolsbox app and mactive pro app will sync the file automatically to your w17 pro watch and you will have updated version of v4.9
@@BracketReviews Bro, I got it turned on by doing the steps you gave. But after doing all steps, my watch gets the boot issue again when I try to update it to v4.9 through the mactive pro app. Currently after turning on the version is v4.5. Also the download of the upgrade is very slow even though internet speed is fast.
