Hey mate, that's a hard call, there are many breeds that are commonly used. For Catch dogs/finders Bull Arabs are popular, so are what we call hairy dogs which are wolfhound crosses. For bailers it's pretty diverse, kelpie, collie and cattle dog crosses are common. Some people use Catahoula's but they are only just starting to get popular. Some like bloodhound, staghound crosses. Some like boxer, pointer crosses as all-round finder/bailer/hangers. Australia is pretty diverse, a lot of breeds are used.
