I believe that most musicians on youtube simply take requests from the youtube comments. I know that Sheet Music Singer has a WordPress site that he takes requests from but I'm not sure how well that works. For upcoming I've seen people make a public Trello board to advertise progress on their various projects. That might work for you. Either that or just put a list on your website if you decide to make one.
