I'm surprised this hasn't gotten more views yet. You have a beautiful voice and great arranging skills, and there aren't enough covers of Dreadnoughts songs out there.
Edit: after listening to this for like two years I have just realized that this seems to be a synthv cover? Either way it's still excellent. The tuning sounds amazing!

So this popped into my feed, presumably because of the fact I listened to Poor Michael on repeat for a full 30 minutes last week while finishing up my final and the fact the dreadnoughts are number one in my top 3 favorite bands (the other two are The Clash and the Drive By Truckers.)
And I really have to say you nailed this song, I also thought that the song was made just different enough in a good way by adding instruments to your version when the original is A Capella

I swore I commented when this came out. This song is just so perfect: My first introduction to it and easily my favorite arrangement. It's the perfect mix of hauntingly beautiful and melancholy. I'd love to animate it someday.
