Also->> walking away for 20-30 minutes and then doing balloon kissing or rolls makes much better results for me. The paint doesn’t fall in on itself nearly as much and the lines are crisper and clearer. Thanks for sharing 🌹🌹🌹

She can see color, which is why, I think, this artform is her favorite, but I'm always looking out for people who are blind/visually impaired who are living their lives & not letting it hold them back, so she understands that she can too! Blessings to you and your daughter...such a wonderful thing to encourage your daughter...I am wondering if you have given thought to allowing her to find a way of expression through sculpture? even a few bright coloured plasticine..(dont know if they even still make it) but there must be some easy art type things for that medium she may enjoy. it would have colour and be very tactile which will help make her hands and fingers her "eyes". I tend to avoid reds, but these hues are just glorious! This painting reminds me of a hand brocade Chinese satin fabric; rich & warm with luscious highlights...another winner! I’m wondering if you wait a little while before doing the balloon rolls so that the wet paint ‘holds’ the imprint that the ballon has made? I love hearing you walk us through your mind as we watch this unfold!

I can’t stand odd anything! From my favorite number to lottery scratch offs, I only take even ones. I like symmetry & balance, oh no Heather. I got the right paints, now I’m going to fail the odd/even eye test.😞😂
Heather Mader Art I’ve been practicing with the bubble wrap & I love using the large clear bubble wrap bc I can see the design as I roll & correct if I need to. The rows of small bubble dips look like a row of small flowers, then I pull yarn or chain as stems. Hope u share if you give bubble wrap a try.

You might want to try clear gesso instead if the gloss medium. It might have more tooth to it.
I probably didn't explain good enough, but this is an acrylic binder not a medium exactly. :) But yes I agree - clear gesso is a grand idea!
