No cheats, you can do the same by yourself ;) You only need to have the staff and 200.000 XP. To do the spell push A B C buttons of all players together. All players will have HP reduced to 1. (Will this HP lost be converted in damage to the enemy? I don´t know, but the damage is similar with the HP lost. Maybe more HP will result in more damage to the enemy).

No, its not for the last boss. If I u met the requirements before u can do it to whatever boss u like. It can be achieved in Dark warrior 2 or Nagpa ... but who is going to waste this magic in Nagpa ? lol Ah, it can only be used once because the ultimate wand brokes after it.
Must have 4 characters, the Mage must have the Staff of Wizardry, must have more than 1million experience points, and all characters have to be near full health: if so, the Wizard can cast if all 4 players hit all three of their combat buttons at the exact same time.

Well, you can buy the game on steam and see the controls for A and B. No C...but i believe it is subtituted for X or Y.

actually the combined exp of the party has to be at least 2mil the mage doesnt HAVE to have 2mil for it to work

What buttons are ABC? There's 4 buttons for the game, aren't there? Attack, Jump, Menu, and Use.
