I really think there should be a movie of Hellsing, but after rewatching it, I now doubt it. There are too many ideological conflict in this, Protestants vs Catholic over the Northern Ireland territory, Christians vs heathens, Nazi, Master and Servants(Seras and Alucard)... by today's society's standard, I don't think promoting the conflict of groups of ppl is the thing that the public would accept. I mean, it's good anime and I truly love it, but would the ideas in this cause problems in our society?

For example even literature descriptions of some scenarios were considered normal but after a time society really cannot accept it anymore. I mean, it would be hard for now if the society focuses on acceptance(race, sex orientation, gender and all other aspects) while the core of the anime is about conflict.
Anderson was an incredibly written character and a worthy adversary of Alucard. He loved doing what he did and had the ambition to punish evil at the hands of his own in order to serve God, but yet in the end he became the very thing he hated in order to defeat his nemesis. Such a sad story, but yet so beautifully written.
His chemistry with Alucard is really great! Alucard longed to be slain by the hands of a mortal, but when Anderson gave into the monstrous form of God, things took a quick downturn for the Holy Crusader we all know and love.
Alucard, i hate you. But i understand you. You seek out justice to wright the countless wrongs you've committed. To find forgiveness and salvation. But when you find it. Will you accept it? That’s sounds like it cooooooould work, if they’re careful, they’d have to shoot scenes far differently for a live action film. But there are definitely times where some things are more suited to animation then live action. It’s kind of hard to imagine Hellsing in live action, because it is more suited to animation then live action, depends on how well the CGI they’d have to employ is, because if the CGI is a bag of wank, then it’s basically dead on arrival.

Hellsing Ultimate is such a TRIP to watch, so many badass characters and moments that makes this deranged show worth watching..give it a go. First episode won't disappoint.
So, in the Hellsing universe we got Vampires, Werewolfs, Ghouls, Demons and Angels Well, at least that's my take on the "Monster of God", Anderson becomes somewhat an old Testament angel

The funny thing was, that by becoming some strong enough to defeat Alucard- Anderson lost the right to defeat him. If he had held fast to his humanity, and continued fighting, he could've won. He was the only one in Hellsing that Alucard would have allowed to defeat him.
Alucard wouldn't have gone down without a fight, and Anderson was pretty badly hurt at that point, I'm not sure he could actually succeed in killing him since Alucard wants to die fighting, not just go out unceremoniously. But if Van Helsing could manage to bring him to his knees there's a good possibility that Anderson could as well, with the opening that Section 13 gave him.

In the first battle against the valentine brothers, the moment Luke Valentine called him a monster he became a brat/trash to Alucard's eyes. The only monster Alucard recognized was himself and the Major. Those were true monsters not like the rest. Finally an anime that doesn’t have constant butt shots and overly annoying characters, but perfectly crafted action scenes alongside a heart stopping soundtrack...I just finished the series on Netflix and I’m still in shock as to how good this actually was, like really this anime is fking amazing
This is probably already obvious but alucard forms his guns as an upside down cross and Anderson the opposite with his blades. Something I also noticed is that Anderson is aiming the point of his blade down towards the devil and alucard is aiming one of his pistols up toward god. Two opposing figures in absolute defiance toward one another…

This song sounds like a mix between Dark Souls & Bloodborne, in my opinion. And it's very fitting, considering how sad the fact that Anderson became a monster, denying Alucard the perfect duel between man and monster. Like many other characters, the becoming of a monster comes in a moment of weakness. And it started with the death of the power-corrupted Maxwell.

That’s sounds like it cooooooould work, if they’re careful, they’d have to shoot scenes far differently for a live action film. But there are definitely times where some things are more suited to animation then live action. It’s kind of hard to imagine Hellsing in live action, because it is more suited to animation then live action, depends on how well the CGI they’d have to employ is, because if the CGI is a bag of wank, then it’s basically dead on arrival.

The funny thing was, that by becoming some strong enough to defeat Alucard- Anderson lost the right to defeat him. If he had held fast to his humanity, and continued fighting, he could've won. He was the only one in Hellsing that Alucard would have allowed to defeat him.
Legit, I truly believe Alucard would have given him the win for being a good sport, but he just had to cheat.

Alucard wouldn't have gone down without a fight, and Anderson was pretty badly hurt at that point, I'm not sure he could actually succeed in killing him since Alucard wants to die fighting, not just go out unceremoniously. But if Van Helsing could manage to bring him to his knees there's a good possibility that Anderson could as well, with the opening that Section 13 gave him.

In the first battle against the valentine brothers, the moment Luke Valentine called him a monster he became a brat/trash to Alucard's eyes. The only monster Alucard recognized was himself and the Major. Those were true monsters not like the rest. Finally an anime that doesn’t have constant butt shots and overly annoying characters, but perfectly crafted action scenes alongside a heart stopping soundtrack...I just finished the series on Netflix and I’m still in shock as to how good this actually was, like really this anime is fking amazing

Eh, there's a bunch of creepy fanservice scenes in there still, but otherwise it's one of the few flaws of this show.
This is probably already obvious but alucard forms his guns as an upside down cross and Anderson the opposite with his blades. Something I also noticed is that Anderson is aiming the point of his blade down towards the devil and alucard is aiming one of his pistols up toward god. Two opposing figures in absolute defiance toward one another…

This song sounds like a mix between Dark Souls & Bloodborne, in my opinion. And it's very fitting, considering how sad the fact that Anderson became a monster, denying Alucard the perfect duel between man and monster.

PERSONAL EDIT: The pain, resentment, regret, guilt, self reflection, and self loathing captured in this one scene. It is a sad fact, but we as human beings tend to forget that as horrible or ironic as it may seem that there is also beauty in tragedy. Alucard represents all of this with PERFECTION. I mean, can we truly call him a monster when he is basically a personification of the worst and best aspects of humanity?
