Shangri la is a beautiful jungle map in the daytime but it still feels spooky and supernatural the atmosphere and sounds are amazing. It’s more than just making it nighttime to make it scary
Probably going to have something big for the main game if it’s supposed to be a big area for the story it should look like it not some over all safe looking town
Your points are mad spot on. But honestly the topic I got super passionate for was your opinion on the reused boss enemies for Liberty Falls. Let me say this right now, if I was in charge of Liberty Falls' special enemies? I could literally think up of five different enemy types exclusively for the map that fit. Lemme list a few for fun. 1. A zombified Riot Team member who has riot gear and a shield stuck to his arm because the riot shield uses straps. He should replace the heavy armor zombies and only appear like once or twice per round past round ten or fifteen. His gimmick is you gotta shoot him from the side or through gaps to break off his armor and reveal flesh to kill him. He charges after letting out a soundcue roar before hitting a surface and then continue being slow. A bonus detail is if you use a high caliber gun or an explosive, you can remove his shield. It makes him an angry sprinter but easier to shoot. This guy could easily replace the Mangler and Heavy Armored zombies. 2. Instead of the spiders from Terminus as the dog round, why not mutated animals from a pet shop or aetherified sewer rats that grew to size of pitbulls that can crawl from sewer drains, under cars or even some of the buildings to chase, leap, bite, scratch or tailwhip the player? 3. Instead of the Abomination, why not a mutated amalgamation of teens or maybe a school football team fused together by dark aether energy to be a muti headed brute that could maybe spit out or leak out crawler zombies to force you out of buildings. Don't make them explode. More like try to grab you to prevent you from moving to help the normal zombies catch up. I can think of so many ideas just for this map. But I'm just a gamer and not a developer so what do I know?
In addition to all your suggestions, I’d love if the abomination was actually used in a way that makes it feel like a brute monster in a small town and have it be able to cause damage to some of the buildings closing pathways and opening new ones
@@CatCrossed this is what makes it so frustrating it’s just that extra layer of depth & creativity away from turning someone from saying “why is the abomination back” to “that’s cool the abomination does that” and that goes for for all of the other aspects of the map. this maps setting is not the issue, they just haven’t tried to execute it effectively.
Amen brother! This is what Liberty Falls needed. Unique ideas that makes it it's own map. If the map had cool mechanics or ideas like this exclusive to the map? Atmosphere probably wouldn't have been a problem. Me personally would do both but beggers can't be choosers amirite?@@celtic19
The community has always failed me. Milo for example he made a vid saying it’s the worst zombies map ever 1. It’s not out 2. He hasn’t played it 3. He’s just clout chasing off of it check before any of his bo6 zombies vids and they’ll have less than 100k views

True! Like if the abomination charge was able to open debris paths, like how Arthur / Leroy does in Buried, that'd be sick

I agree that we shouldn't fully judge it before they actually release the map. If it's bad when the game is actually out, then we can say it's bad
i dont have a play a map that GOES AGAINST everything zombie is about
whoa dude you're so smart and cool and amazing and i wish i could be you
hey what a second!!!!!!!!
