thank you for this tutorial i just have a problem when i apply glitch map to the displacement effect it deosnt effect the text when i change max or min distplacement it just moves the text up/down left/right
Hey guys i found this in a forum "When you precompose the Fractal Noise comp, make sure you use “Move all attributes into the new composition” so that the Fractal Noise effect stays on the solid layer and moves into the precomp. If you “Leave all attributes” instead, the solid will be precomposed but the Fractal Noise effect will remain in the main comp and apply to the precomp layer, and thus be invisible to the Displacement Map effect."
I have a little problem with editing the file in Adobe Premiere. It doesn't open (previously exported as a premiere's project). It says: "Video Filter missing: AE.ADBE Fractal Noise ". How can I edit it or add it to a movie?

If the clip is in After Effects, then you can add a text layer and edit that text layer how you want

Just import video then create new text layer over the top or import a text layer into project.
