It’s so important to have a good morning routine, even in the summer. I’ve been waking up at 5am for the past two weeks to workout and study before work and though I hated it in the beginning it has truly made me better and now I don’t mind ☺️. Enjoy your summer Alex!

6:26 being an introverted Italian high schooler is very tiring. Our school time is around 5-6 hours quite common like other schools (+homeworks to do at home )but I sit all day because I feel uncomfortable walking around the corridors or just being with other people...
