    I’ve seen the unblurred photos of Ryan’s face, and the holes in his nose are so obvious that it’s ridiculous a detective could overlook them. Sloppy police work and tunnel vision cost Ryan his life. He was re-victimized by the police and the judge who dismissed the civil case, and so was his family.

    I watched the hour long documentary by This Is Monsters where Jiles interviews Ryan’s dad, Don Waller. He corrected much of the incorrect information that’s out there. It was also discovered that when the police arrested Ryan at his house, they slammed him to the ground and broke his jaw also. So, not only did Ryan have brain trauma from two gunshots to the head, the police also broke his jaw while arresting him. There were so many failures on the police department.

      Yes, he was incompetent in that he should have noticed the extent of Ryan's injuries and as a detective should have had a better intuition regarding the events that occured. What concerns me the most was his prideful disregard for human life he displayed to Ryan when he suspected Ryan might be guilty. That part was not accidental and neither was changing the date of the shooting.

    Hi ❤!
    Thanks so much for drawing attention to this horrible case of police negligence.
    I heard about it some time back, and your video gave more inside to it I didn't know before. I was not aware that Ryan meanwhile succumbed to his freak injuries. Rip his soul, he had so warm dark eyes, I'm sure he's been a good person!
    Of course, I 100 percent agree with you and once again, applaud you for using your platform to denounce the absolutely horrific treatment he endured in the hands of the police department. Not only they overlooked his very serious head injuries but also broke his jaw to add to his already tremendous pain.
    I even can't start to fathom the detectives' assumption that he'd be the perpetrator. Even the most obvious killer would get a throughout medical attention if there's a doubt about their well-being! And here nothing was obvious, but a sheer assumption.
    From earlier footage I learned that Ryan suffered a very visible gunshot hole near his nose, and those detectives must be so callous and deafened that they even didn't notice those obvious injuries.
    Even if no money in the world can make it any better but that the family's trial against the PD had been dismissed and in the end no one was held responsible is more than the very bitter cherry on the cake of an already more than appalling case.

    So about 6 hours of not helping(besides using force), no proper investigation, and interrogation of a person that is clearly in critical condition. Until 1 hour into the interrogation after multiple signs of distress and hints of being attacked, the cops finally get medical. That's pretty much the average day in Phoenix Arizona, where the cops do less than the bare minimum of work and investigate themselves and find absolutely nothing wrong.

    His interrogation is absolutely insane and I hope this made the police force make some changes and hopefully it includes better training for the detectives. I thought maybe they had also probably been called out for busting into people's houses at that time so maybe that's y they were overly cautious about entering the house like they did.

    I totally forgot about this case. I support the police but NOT in this situation. That poor man I can't even imagine. The police maybe interrogating him as a suspect but he was in critical condition. SHAME ON THEM! SHAME. He was a person. A human being with feelings. The police failed him. God sees all. They will have to answer to him one day...

    Absolutely insane how when they arrest DUI people who fake seizures they get them medical attention. But this guy who is clearly suffering from concussion isn't seen by anyone? WTAF?

      Yeah it’s absolutely baffling. It’s clear they viewed Ryan as a piece of trash murderer and thus they treated him like one.

      @TheCellarTrueCrime  7 месяцев назад

      It’s believed the body was Ryan potentially on the floor. Hence he didn’t answer the door initially. Yes her body was on the couch but I saw some reports of a body on the floor and it’s thought that Ryan was on the floor and still unconscious initially. Thanks for the kind words 🙏

    This interrogation of Ryan is just heartbreaking, I don’t know if it was picked up on by some but I’d like to say it was apparent when Ryan wanted to rest his head on the table with his hands as cushion he repeatedly had to keep rearranging his hands to do so but it was very painful for him to do so with the injuries to his face and then learning his jaw was fractured was just too much. In this case you can’t overlook the errors made by the detective and the lack of support for Ryan’s family and all involved should be ashamed..

  • @pegallen6983

    His interrogation video is the stuff of nightmares. Any 'normal' person could see that this young man was seriously injured and not in the right head space. That usually happens when there is a bullet lodged in your brain. I was so angry at those detectives and when they FINALLY checked him out it was to late to save him. I truly hope those detectives got some kind of repercussion for what they did. They basically killed this young man with their blind justice technique

    • @pegallen6983
      @pegallen6983 7 месяцев назад +1

      Since the judge was to biased and blind to give Ryan and his family justice I hope karma takes care of the trash. I have no respect for cops who act like they know everything and their way is the only way. They are human and make mistakes but to not take accountabilty for their mistake is exactly what they preach to criminals but apparently they can't practice what they preach. Completely infuriating
