I have used the Bose ultra headphones for almost a year now, I have used them every day and listen to a wide range of music. I don't care about call or aware mode or what size the case is, I have diminished hearing and the Bose does everything very well, the ANC is the best and allows me to hear just my music and I can wear these for 2 to 3 hrs at a time without discomfort.
i got the hadenys open box for 500usd, I thought these sounded almost perfect straight out of the box, a little bit of eq and im more than happy to call it endgame.
I like a lot of Bass Extension so the Hadenys was almost perfect for me, just missing that little oomph. I'm happy you found what you were looking for, a lot of people I meet spend a TON of money chasing the perfect sounding headphones.
I'm wearing the Audeze Maxwells right now. I use them at home all of the time. They reach all over my house, have side tone so I can hear myself speak and the sound is really good! They are a bit inconvenient to travel with though and the bluetooth sometimes drops out. Its better to use the wifi dongle which can be annoying with a phone. My favorite travel headphones now are the Ugreen HiTune Max5c. They are less than $30, do LDAC, sound good and I wont be sad if I lose or break them while travelling.
Great review, It's nice to see someone speaking their mind and not sounding like a robot, I have all three and like them all, Could i please ask what pads you have on the Bathys? The pads are my only criticism of them
Thanks! I wanted to be entertaining because I have been getting bored watching headphone reviews lately. The pads on the Bathys are the Dekoni Authentic Suede pads. There is a link in the description if you would like to get a pair on Amazon
Every other take I’ve read has said that the Hadenys sounds better than the Bathys. Are you ranking the Bathys above the Hadenys because it has superior bass? Anything else?
@@zajko3113 Thank you. I just ordered the Hadenys because they were on sale. I don’t mind open back because I will mostly listen to them at home. I also think not having a battery like Bathys will make them last longer.
@@supernova82 You made a good decision I tried a couple of focal headphones currently in possession of focal elegia their build quality and accessories are spot on too I think you will be happy with your purchase.
Bathys is way too boomy whearas Azurys has a good balanced tone with stronger mids, I had to go to the Bathys app and lower the low bass almost to minimum
Completely disagree with your opinion on Azurys (I love them and am offended) but I'm gonna subscribe anyway because you're a small channel and speak your mind
I feel like I should be watched for entertainment purposes anyways. People need to hear headphones for themselves. As someone who sells people on sound for my day job, I have found that everyone hears differently.
I still have to say, the back track is still so close to your vocals XD I picked up a Schiit Gunnr and campfire moonrovers, fathoms, and the Sabres Actually, yeah without any spatial audio you did mix this pretty decent. Interesting. I gave my buddy the Sabers, they were really good dynamic drivers with good surround stage delivery. Probably their imaging was very tight. Very powerful buds for the size. Injects noise rather than slowly delivers like a BA. Yeah, around 4:20 its that track right there that is super loud so far.
i own the clear mg and stellia and have listened to all the focal headphones do not get these garbage hadenys , bathys or azurys it is utter garbage do yourself a favor and grab a sennheiser 660s2 for the same price but sound better if you dont mind sennheiser using garbage materials for their headphones also for love of quality and comfort do not get dekoni earpads absolute garbage i have ordered it and refunded immediately. sheepskin??? more like concrete skin if you own a focal headphone get the stellia ear pads or utopia ear pad for replacement
The 660s2 is a good pick, I prefer the HD600 though. Tried and true! The Dekoni Pads, are made of high-density heat-activated memory foam. When cold, memory foam is usually rock solid. If your home temperatures are lower, they will take a few minutes to warm up and mold to your ears. Source: I work with Dekoni
No im searching around i need one that high quality with bass that you can feel, back in the days the nuraphones was my best choice but the sold their company so they never gotten a chance to expand
It did say in the instructions to let it play 48 to 72 hours to reach and playback music at its full potential, did you experience a change in 3 days? Or they just gassing it?
@@Ayrion-ne2cx Noise cancelling headphones are inherently bass heavy due to the need to mask low frequency noises that can't be actively filtered with ANC.
