North Luzon loop is the best tour in the Philippines.You can still go to Sta. Ana Cagayan another paradise and boracay of the north go down to Isabela then Quirino then Aurora then back to Clark. There are a lot of hidden gems along the way .That tour is the best and no foreigners have done it yet.
Smart move getting a car. Driving there is very different but it allows you to do and see so much. We helped my in laws get a car in Leyte and we get to do so many things that we wouldn’t get to do without a car.

I remember early 2000s I accompanied my father there in Ilocos to attend a business meeting. After the meeting me and my father went to see the wind turbines and we actually walked beside the ones on the beach. Other than the sands it stood on was black, the wind turbines were huge and the noise it produced when they turned was loud it was like a giant robot moving in top of you. I saw some of the locals were resting at the side of the large shadow of the thing while me and my father also did the same. We also saw some fishermen docked their boats beside the wind turbines and the locals went to them to see what they catched. It was a fun experience. The thing I noticed about Ilocos at the time was it was so hot compared to my home Metro Manila, we never brought a car so we travelled by ordinary non aircon bus going to the wind farm from Laoag and even inside you can feel the hot wind from the outside.

You are traversing the Ilocos Corridor. From Pagudpud, you would reach the boundary of Ilocos Norte (facing the West Phil Sea) and the Cagayan Province (facing the Pacific Ocean). There's a route from Cagayan that takes you back to Manila passing through the provinces of Isabela, Nueva Viscaya, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Bulacan, Manila - an 11 hour long drive tho....

Head to Sta. Ana Cagayan and check out the Palaui Island which is the location of Survivor Season 28. You should have checked out Cape Bojeador which is nearby Bangui Windmills and Pagudpud. We've been there way back 2018, we tour around Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur and we went to all famous tourist spots on the place and that was very very amazing.. when going there specially in Vigan you should try the vigan empanadas that is one of the most delicious empanadas in my opinion.. We'll back there for sure
you missed at the end of that viaduct is the agua grande river with small pool and if you just continue your journey you could have visited the blue lagoon with their amazing views
Glad you're out of the city and exploring the countryside. Aside from the scenic views, must feel good to be out of city congestion, pollution, heavy traffic or dense crowds wherever you go.

Go up north to Cagayan Valley. You're like an hour away. Pannzian Resort is 15-20 mins away. Town of Adams where they make red wine is 30 mins away. There is also a waterfall there. Speaking of Batangas, do you want to try scuba diving? Head to San Luis book at Starboard Resort. Ask for allan Lao as he is one of the best scuba instructors. San Luis has nice reefs as well. You can try discovery scuba to experience and if you liked it you can go ahead and get certified. What you paid for discovery scuba would be deducted to the cost of certification. Once youre certified yo can explore more of the underwater world. Anilao, Coron, Bohol... a lot to scuba dive at. More contents to your vlogs. There is also a free eive instructor there staying at oceanarra resort named Carolyn. When I scuba dive you can tqg along. I live near BGC and every week i am there. We just haven bumped to each other yet. In ilocos there is a zipline in narvacan near that bridge. Have fun!:

This time of the year is super windy. maybe not the best time for the beach.
Pagudpod beach is beautiful but its too windy in ilocos compare to other province. You should also drop by to kapurpurawan rock formation ❤
