    I'm going to let you know the red velvet cake recipe that I actually sold during the winter season at cafe.
    In fact, I didn't like red velvet cake that much, so I didn't make it for two years, but it was so tasty to eat after a long time. And this cake had the most requests.I'd appreciate it if you watched the video until the end.
    *It's not sweet at all compared to Red Velvet in the U.S., but if you don't like sweets at all, please pass! If you reduce the sugar, the texture should be different!
    Ingredients for 15cm.
    (Ingredients X1.5 for 18cm cakes.
    Ingredients X2 for 21cm cakes)
    ✔Wet ingredients
    65g of melted butter.
    80g of oil.
    80g of eggs.
    120g of sugar.
    1g of salt.
    Vanilla extract 3g.
    100g of buttermilk.
    Red food coloring.
    ✔dry ingredients
    Cake flour or Apf 165g
    Cocoa powder 10g
    4g of baking soda.
    3g of baking powder.
    ✔ Cream cheese frosting.
    200g of cream cheese.
    150g of unsweetened cream.
    48g of Greek yogurt or sour cream.
    45g of sugar.
    7g of lemon juice.
    Please set the ✔ oven temperature according to your oven. I baked it at 175 degrees (347℉)
    for 17 minutes. Test the skewers before taking them out and over-cook them to harden the outside of the sheet.
    ✔Tips
    Keep it in the refrigerator for at least a day and eat it.
    For me, the 3rd day was the best! It can be up to five days, but due to the nature of cream cheese, there is a slight crack.
