When you are a sugar addict you can't eat in just moderation. I had pre-diabetes and reversed it with Carnivore. Did that for 6 months and now doing Ketovore only eating meat and prebiotic veggies. I reversed more than pre-diabetes, neuropathy, migraines, fatty liver, lost 48 pounds, Triglycerides 294 to 95. For me this is not a diet it's a life change. It makes me angry when people say eat in moderation, addicts cannot do moderation!!
