How long can it take sheriff to serve writ of possession? It’s been over a month and the sheriff still hasn’t come even though judge granted eviction

What if the landlord locks tenant out of home before going back to court for writ of possession

Don’t you need consent from the man? Because if the court ordered it’s commercial in nature just like the agreement made. But if you mr operating in your private capacity what would the sheriff have to do with this? I mean after all you guys swore a oath to protect the constitution, not the courts business orders. Or am I missing something here?

What if the eviction was filed but the tenant has the rent it was refused though?

My guess is that the landlord needs to collect it separately as a judgement.
If the tenant dragged their feet on paying the rent long enough for you to require a sheriff to physically toss them they're probably more trouble than they're worth and you need to not take them back as a tenant. Just throw them out and let them keep you as a ding on their housing rap sheet that they can think about on their way to the homeless shelter.
If you can collect the money to boot, so be it, but at this point your first priority is to eject the deadbeat and make room for a more reliable tenant.
Until then, take it out of the security deposit.
