I’m not condoning what if Vybz kartel did kill the man, however the police and the court cannot convict a person by breaking the law. The big picture is if they are allowed to do so, we also could be subject to the same illegal actions that may cause your freedom or life. he privy council the highest appeal court for Jamaica says the previous convictions quashed .the case is now sent back to Jamaica local appeallate court for that court to decide on wether or not there should be a retrial..is what I gathered.
