I just took delivery of my scrambler and I also have a Kawasaki Z900RS, this bike is so much fun to ride. It has restored my love for riding. The Z900RS is a great bike, the Scrambler 400X is so good to blast around. If you’re thinking about getting one, my advice is, go for it it, you won’t be disappointed.
I was disappointed with my test ride I’m 5’11 and just found the sitting position not good for me I would have loved one so for now back on my 1200 speed twin much more comfortable. Sorry for the negative comment
Nice one, quite a few people have said the Street feels better on the road, thought the Scrambler would be better for the taller guy. Looking forward taking it out......
Perfect review! Very practical...and that red/black livery is gorgeous! I think this is a killer bike and a big win for riders a bit newer to biking as well as the broad Asian riding population (this is the place to drive greater volume of sales). I have the Street Scrambler...any thoughts on the difference between Scrambler 400 and the Street Scrambler? Why get one over the other? Thanks for the video!
I am the wrong person to ask about a comparison between the 900 and 400, I am slightly biassed the 900 Scrambler is one of my all time favourite bikes, I love it :)
Having seen both bikes, not ridden, my preference would be to the scrambler. The hight and seating position, for me, wins. Both though are cracking looking bikes.

Great review shame I didn’t like my test ride but it’s a great little bike
@@FredWilbury cheers Fred thats the way it goes sometimes and goes to show it always makes sense to test ride before committing.
@@simotofoto yep 👍 I was convinced it’d be for me 😞
Great review with helpful details. I have ordered the green Scrambler and am waiting on its arrival in Alabama.
Good choice, hope you it arrives soon, you will love it.

@@simotofoto then I am fortunate to own one already!
Hi, how is Scrambler seat comparing to Honda Monkey seat? Thanks
No comparison lol the Monkey seat is lush :)
just got mine. Its surprising how quick it is up to 6000rev (break in limit)
I know its great fun to ride :)

Cheers Togs, both bikes are superb
What's the brand of your jacket? Thanks
Hi it's a Marlin jacket
My legs aren't long enough to ride the scvrambler comfortably. My red Speed 400 is scheduled to arrive next month...fingers crossed.
You are going to love the speed, and red is the best colour :)
Any plans to review the 1200 X ?
Yeah man it's coming soon :)
@simotofoto loving the content it's brilliant 👏
I have the Speed 400 on order primarily because the Speed suits my physique better. I doubt I'll be doing any off-roading.
It doesn't suit my physique but I still prefer it lol
Hi, what is your height?
6 foot :)
@@simotofoto thanks
There is nothing better for your mental health than getting out on your own for a long ride in the countryside.
Couldn't agree more Andy, cheers Si
