My E50 is not being charged. It is dying. I can still use it but the battery is dying out and when i put it in to be charged there is no red indication on. O kept it in charging till next day. Unfortunately, not working! Any recommendations?
If you plug it into a computer via USB cord does the computer see the attached device? If so then it's the battery, if not it's probably the USB connecting port. Check with the manufacturer, I think they have a decent warranty.
Plantronics is the only earpiece i will use. Btw, there is an app that will aid you n locating your plantronics earpiece. Go to your app store and look for PLT Hub. It tracks a wide verity of models. After ending a aggravated phone call, I inadvertently chucked my earpiece about twenty feet in the night outside. I thought for sure i was going to be in the market for a new one, until i remembered i had installed this app. I found it hanging on a branch in a bush. Apparently I am not the only person that throws their ear piece lol.
You can, it's not going to give you the best sound quality and range for music, but it works well enough for the price point. Works best for spoken voice, be it phone calls, audiobooks, podcasts etc.

Is the USB cord connecting firmly? Perhaps try a different charging cord.

Music doesn't come out of mine. Dont know what im doing wrong. Just for calls is great

I think it only works on one phone because I tried to pair up with my second phone but it didn't work. It only works with my first phone
