I forgot to mention this the start, although I did add it later: The name "instant bash" is apt since the term doubles in meaning. This tech can be used to bash into an enemy from a near 0 speed. You can be standing next to an enemy and will not need to ramp up your speed before being able to bash. Examples of this can be seen at 1:47 and 1:50. It can also be used to come to a full stop after the moment of impact on a bash, which is near instant deceleration. So "instant" is doubly true in this case, at the start of the bash as well as when ending it.
This game is becoming more and more realistic, if you keep the white dot on your screen in the same position a zombie may be in, you can sway your screen to make it seem like the weapon was too heavy for Aiden, but still hit shots on zombies despite looking in a totally different direction (this has been a mechanic, I just felt like saying something)
The only way you can do it was if you’re going out to dinner with the family and you don’t want me there and you can’t come back to my room because you don’t want me in your house because you don’t want to go back there so you’re gonna go out to dinner and you can stay there for the night and I can stay here for the night so if you need something you want me to stay here for you just don’t want you don’t want me here I have no choice but you have no reason for me I have no reason to stay there because you’re gonna leave the room with your friends or leave your room if I can’t go anywhere.
Yes I have. I found that tech out on my own randomly, while moving about and was planning on making a video about it. The other person was quicker though.
Ohhh i thought this move was meant to operate this way, like a shoulder check it even stuns bigger enemies in the game so that you can have a opener and then you can plow through people as well
Bash has always been a skill, but it works the way I show it in the first clip. You plow through as you put it. That follow through can be a bit messy at heights.
I specified what I'm doing without the keys itself. Pause the video, it's in there. It's basically 1. hold Forward 2. hold Dash + tap Attack 3. release Forward, then release Dash 2-5 frames after 4. hold down Back
@@aybysyk update : hey brother so it turns out it only works when you make impact with an enemy and i made this comment before trying it against an enemy
Sorry my earlier response was to another comment. Yea you can't insta bash without hitting someone since the bash cancels at the point of impact if you've done all the keypress sequences correctly.
I don't think so, but you never know. DL1 had an insta tackle which was used in Btz all the time. Hidden mechanics like this raise the skill ceiling and make the game more fun so shouldn't be patched.
@randyhiiip what do you mean? This tech wasn't discovered *AND* announced before this. Not to my knowledge at least, and I spent quite some time searching for it on Reddit and RUclips before making this guide video. This is an actual insta-bash, that is you can do it from a near standstill and get to near 0 speed after bashing. So you don't need a lot of space to do it, and you don't keep going forward after bash which means you don't fall off high spots. So it's pretty easy to spot when someone is using it, and none of the DL2 videos I have seen so far show this.

Now all we need in this game is DLC 2 and PvP
Been wanting tag for so long now, I play it with my friends in game but it is hard to tell if they lie when they tag me or not
This has always been a thing in the game
I made this since I didn't find any clips explaining how to replicate it consistently. I found a fairly reliable method I think.

@noviex I'm calling the cops
Have you heard of sir bash? It’s a movement tech created by someone where you bash after using your grapple hook it’s really fun
Yes I have. I found that tech out on my own randomly, while moving about and was planning on making a video about it. The other person was quicker though.
Im not sure but (a few months ago) I did the same thing In ps but by js dodging
interesting... very interesting
Hmm, reminds me that bash from the 2019 demo version , very useful
Bro you gotta stop hiting the griddy 💀
Even better, it's dabbing

i swear they changed something with the bash it’s insanely slow
It's slower, and doesn't go as far I think. I'm just glad they removed the completely unnecessary hideous blurring effect.
Бро рилли жиза, когда на параплане прерываешь падение урон всё равно смертельный
Yea well. That would be kinda annoying in-game.

Im struggling to even get 1 successful attempt , is this supposed to be easy?
